The Health System Statute Committee held a meeting together with 6 other related committees. More than 100 individuals participated and comprised of senior citizens and participants from the academic sector, general public, government sector, and local administrative organizations to collaboratively draft Health Statutes before presenting them at the National Health Assembly in December, 2008, which will be the final round of deliberation before presenting a request for resolution to the council of ministers in early 2009.
