The Manpower Committee for National Health held a forum under the theme: “Doctor – Patient Relationship Problems” (presided over by Prof. Dr. Kasem Watanachai). The Manpower Committee for National Health was appointed by the National Health Committee with a duty to drive “The Strategic Manpower Plan for National Health 2007-2016″ . The Committee held a public forum entitled “Dialogue to seek Systematic Solutions for Doctor – Patient Relationship Problems”.
Doctor – Patient relationship issues were raised to study and seek development processes for public policy leading to further systematic solutions. The suggestions are expected to be put into practice within 6 – 8 months.
