Chiang Rai PAO supports synergy for the well-being of society

MrsBusarintha said Section 3 of the National Health Act B.E. 2550 (2007) stipulated that the organization of health assemblies was a process for people, the civil society, the private sector, governmental organizations, local organizations and the political sector to harmoniously share knowledge and work out proposals on public policies for the well-being of society. She also mentioned Section 40 of the act that requires at least one provincial health assembly and one issue-based health assembly to be organized annually.

The president of the Chiang Rai PAO said that the Chiang Rai Provincial Health Assembly Organizing Committee therefore organized the meeting to report the work of the Chiang Rai Provincial Health Assembly, endorse policy proposalson the well-being of rice growers and community-centered responses to earthquakes, acknowledge new proposals on the public policies of Chiang Rai for 2015, encourage all partners to develop the society of well-being, peace and prosperity and exchange opinions and knowledge on issues in order to formulate good and effective public policies to serve the needs of Chiang Rai people at the levels of communities and sub-districts in the long run.
